I have completed an advanced course calledABR®(Accredited Buyer's Representative)
The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Why should you look for the ABR® designation before looking for a home? These three letters after a REALTORS® name tell you that you’ll be working with someone committed to your best interests, someone who has both made education a career priority, and has also demonstrated the experience needed to provide the finest in buyer representation. As a result of this course I have a clear knowledge of my fiduciary duties as a real estate agent. I have also taken a Win-Win Negotiation Techniques training which provided knowledge on the best ways to negotiate deals for both buyers and sellers.


I have 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. I am highly skilled in assisting prospective buyers in visiting, selecting, inspecting, and making offers to purchase real estate properties. Providing quality customer service is extremely important to me. As a result of my experience in this profession, I am knowledgeable on making your home appealing to prospective buyers. I am highly self-motivated and have a desire to effectively guide you through this process. My areas of speciality include: new homes, relocation, commercial, lot/land, vacation/second, retirement, first-time buyers, farm & ranch, and recreational.

Personal Background

I am familiar with Northern Michigan. I have lived within a 20-mile radius of Cadillac for most of my life!  I've lived in McBain, Mesick, Manton, and Cadillac and know these communities well.  I am married ( 28 years now) to my husband Ron.  I have two children: Lauren, my 26-yr-old daughter and Zach, my 23-yr-old son. In 2018 I became a grandma for the first time!
